Karmaloop Charged reprocessing fee for unworn shoes; overcharged reprocessing fee Internet

I exchanged a pair of unworn shoes for a larger size. Upon receiving the new shoes, I noticed a charge of $55.20 on shipping notification. After contacting customer service, customer service claims their warehouse marked the shoes as worn and thus a 20% reprocessing fee was charged.

First problem was that I had not worn the shoes. The second problem was that the 20% reprocessing fee was incorrect, and that I was actually OVERCHARGED, based on the total paid for shoes. I contacted customer service at least five times explaining the wrong charge and received the same response - it is 20% reprocessing fee. They continued to ignore that they overcharged me for the reprocessing fee.

I have continued to contact them and their manager and they have stopped responding to me.

Has been the worst online shopping experience in my life. Customer service, although cordial, was very inattentive to both these problems and did not conduct any further investigation into these two problems.
