Karpinski Design and Rovalle Estates Both companies engaged in fraudulent real estate advertising and delivered a property development that did not match their marketing Johannesburg Gauteng

Tom Karpnski from Karpinski Design and Shahn Mott of Rovalle Estates did not deliever on their real estate promises. You and the South African public be the Judge on this. I have enclosed a video on the promise made to buyers and what they actually delivered. As they say, pictures speak a thousand words. They would not want their families to live in this mess. This is probably one of the most misleading real estate marketing campaigns I have seen to date. I have brought hundreds of international investors to South Africa in the last 25 years. I would stay a 100KM clear of these two companies.

Furthermore, tom Karpinski of Karpinski Design proceeded to threaten the young lady who brought this to my attention, stating "she will regret it" Further complaints were filed with

against Karpinski Design and Rovalle Estates, Tom Karpinski and Shahn Mott.
