The seemingly same victim filed a report on another website.  This is for your information for multiple avenues to take action:

Is it any wonder he uses a minimum of 4 different ways to spell his professional name?  What other aliases do we not know about?  And remember, who knows the other silent victims that didn't take action online?  I would have never seen these additional reports, had there not been a rebuttal, so I'm thankful I caught that and can share the stories with others even considering doing business with this man.

The morning after my post (this site is obviously monitored by Karriem) I received a 2:29 rambling voice mail threatening me with lawsuits (multiple) because of "lies".  The attached texts tell the same story so that is all I am including and don't know how to attach a voice mail anyway.  During the voice mail and through these texts if you wade through the lunacy you see that he acknowledges he owes me money.  I have been hearing him admit it for almost half a year, but without a penny of our agreed-upon refund.  If I get my agreed upon refund of $750.25 through Venmo, I will acknowledge it at the bottom of this post.  If that isn't there, I haven't been paid anything.

I could pick apart his rebuttals, but there is no need when I can just give my personal favorite highlights including, but not limited to: I'm bipolar, I tried to blackmail him, I said racial slurs, he has a "team" of lawyers, 7 drawings were actually done, repeated acknowledgement he owes me money and wants to work it out, I fly into a "blind rage" when I'm told 3 family members just died (was that at the exact same time?  Because it says...read for yourself and try to make sense of it), etc., etc., etc., etc.  Tackling this insanity isn't necessary.  Any clear thinking person can simply read all this to make up their minds for themselves.

And that is the one thing we agree on, let's let the public decide.  

This is the actual proof of Todd Santos explosive bipolar abusive nature. Which I strongly believed was fueled by excessive elicit alcohol and substance abuse. Like I said when I told Todd Santos that my Grandmother and two Uncles had passed away he went into a blind rage drug. Todd Santos made threats towards me and almost caused me to have a mental breakdown during one of the most difficult times in my entire live.

This was due to the fact that I was already trying hard to keep it together after the loss of my family members. Todd Santos said it wasn't his problem, so don't make it his. Even after I offered extra work on top what was agreed upon. I would receive calls from Todd Santos at all times of the night along with voicemails contaminated with toxic energy. He was relentlessly ruthless in his rampage of hatred towards me and even uttered racial slurs and insults. Then Todd Santos would call back like nothing was wrong and apologize is claim he was under the influence (Which suspect were heavy condrolled substance ). And the worse part about it I actually like Todd Santos I thought he was a good person and I hate that it had to come to this. But I have no choice. I can't let Mr. Santos do get away with this. The truth will come to light.

I started on a project with Todd Santos and I finished 7 out of the 15 drawsing that was agreed upon. Unfortunately my Grandmother and two of my uncles died with a 2 month time period (How would that make you feel?) . So I was devastated and feel into a deep depression. (I would post the obituaries, I feel that would be disrespectful to my family). However,  I explain to Todd Santos about the situation and politely asked him to give me a little time to grieve. Todd Santos immediately became to be emotionally abusive and verbally attack me (He didn't post those messages though).

But I kept asking Todd Santos to please give me a little more time to get my self back in focus and that I would need a little time to get things back in order but due to my  tremendous personal loss. Since I thought we were cool, I believed that Mr. Santos would understand my situation, but it only infuriated him more. Todd Santos continued to make verbal threats and try and black mail me. So I began to explain to Todd Santos that I had already done a percentage of the work and He didn’t deserve a full refund. And addition, I would rather complete the project and just let me get past the grieve stage due to my recent family loss. So at the end we couldn’t come to an agreement because of Todd Santos verbal abuse behavior and explosive personality disorders.

I  contact the Beaverton, OR Police Department and there was no police report (thats why He didn’t post it). And I don’t like to make prejudgments about people but I honest believe that Todd Santos is a drug addicted and a alcoholic. That’s the only thing that could account for such bipolar personality trait? And who would scream in rage to someone who just lost multiple family members?

Currently my team of lawyers are filing a lawsuit against Todd Santos for various obstructions, so in the end of it’s going to cost him a considerable more then the money He “Claim” is owed. And it’s not even about the money to me. It’s the fact that Todd Santos knows the truth and he made a traumatic situation worse and Mr. Santos kicked me when I was down. I can’t get back the loss of my family members, but I will get just for the lies that Todd Santos told.
