Ugly Duckling, Drive Time Horrible Cars, And Ruin Your Credit ripoff that never ends Torrance, California

I bought a car from Kars Yes back in 1993, I needed a car to get back and forth to work, I went in and they were so nice, they took me to work, picked me up, waited till I got my check, held it, everything nice, then when I took the car off the lot.

I had a 3 day warranty, everything was fine until the 3rd day at about 4pm, I was 50 miles away from my house and the car wouldn't start, I called them up and they got me a tow truck, took my car to their mechanic because I got in under the 3 day warranty, Well he fixed it to last another day, then another problem, back again to him, but now I was over the 3day warranty, but they will do me a favor and I only have to pay 50%, Well everytime I took my car to get fixed for the same problem from the beginning, he found another problem, another, the car finally blew up on me as I was getting off the freeway. The car blew up cause the initial problem was never taken care of but I kept paying out of my pocket to get it fixed from Kars Yes certified Mechanic.

I complained daily, and they called me daily to make sure I was still going to pay my weekly payment even though my car was in the shop every other day. In 3 months I spent over a $1000 in repairs, plus my weekly payments and when the car finally blew up, I called them up to come get it from the side of the street and told them to keep it, Voluntary Repo, Now 10 years later I get a letter from a collection agency wanting the money for the car, 10 years later can you believe that!!!

I had filed a complaint against Kars Yes and against the mechanic, I had dealt with all the legal negalities from the Voluntary Repo back in 94 and never heard anything till now
