I have also had a bad experience with Kasa Auto Parts! When we ordered wheels for my wife`s audi I specifically asked them on two different occasions that if the wheels did not fit would there be any return shipping or restocking fee`s and was told no, there would be no charge to me to return the wheels if they did not fit. Needless to say the wheels did not fit as promised by MyHotAudi.com and after countless emails and phone calls they refused to give us the information we needed to return the wheels. First they wanted something from the local tire store stating they didn`t fit then they wanted pictures of the wheels so they could see they weren`t damaged! We gave them everything they asked for and then they just refused to deal with our request. We finally had to resort to having the charges reversed on our credit card to get their attention. Now they want us to pay the $150.00 shipping charges to return their wheels that did not fit! When I called them and told them I would not pay the shipping charges to return the wheels they told me they will be filing a police report! Do not buy anything from Kasa Auto Parts or any of their internet websites! Company`s like this should not be in business!

i recently purchased from this company it was a small item a shift knob for a 93 mercedes i am restoring the site was called myhotmercedesparts as it turns out i was told they run 350 of these sites they create the illusion when you purchase that the part is a fit for your car   in reality what you recieve is a so called unversal item that will not fit oh yes you can return it the item orginal cost was 24.99 and ten dollar shipping they charge 15.00 restocking charge plus you pay return shipping

oh i might add the item itself was not factory new it came in a display box not sealed no manafaturing information or instructions were present god only knows how many times its been sold the company intent is simply to rip off the consumer i buy a lot of auto parts on the internet no one i have dealt wiith use such dishonest misleading sales platform most companies want return business

Hey there, I just have one simple reply, to one part of your complaint here.

"Company`s like this should not be in business!"

If that were true, nobody would ever get aftermarket auto products. Do you think that this is the only company that runs a business like this? you must be a first time AFTERMARKET parts buyer. Aftermarket products often do not have warranties, and are nonreturnable for any reason. If you are looking have your a*s kissed like you do at retail stores, then this is your fault. They don't sell OEM products, they sell aftermarket, off road use only, upgrade products. you should call up Andy's auto sport, or hot parts warehouse dot com, and see if the process is any different. All aftermarket parts suppliers are just the same. And maybe you oughtta try reading some terms and conditions before ordering a set of rims for an Audi online... I always read terms before ordering parts, and I fully understand the process and rules, and I do just fine. I am sure they were more than willing to exchange those for some that fit. Exchanges are what is usually offered when a part doesn't fit. Returns are worthless anyway, if you have a returnable part. There is always a restock fee, and you have to pay for return shipping. People, you just need to be less stupid, and, oh I dunno, maybe try doing a little research on a part you are interested in, rather than rely on: "some guy over the phone told me that these would fit." The guy on the phone doesn't care about you, and whats more, they are trained specifically not to say things like you are claiming in your "report". Someone told you there wouldn't be a restocking fee? Maybe, if he followed that with, "on an exchange". All returns, all the time, get restocked, and charged for it. Deal with it, read the terms and conditions. This isn't a "let me hold your hand and do this for you" industry. This is a "here is a part, now you can figure out whatever you need to do to mount it" industry. They sell products that have to be fabricated, and installed by professionals. Now I know that fabrication part doesn't apply to your wheel situation exactly, but you have to understand the industry that you are trying to purchase wheels from. But anyways, do your own research, and don't go by the word of some guy you don't know. Didn't your parents tell you that when you were little? Mine did.
