Complaint Description:
Customer Service- if they didn't work could I return, he said yes money back guarantee. Never opened never used- restocking fee and shipping fee (retu I called in to Kasa Stores to make sure I spoke to someone before I ordered. I told them I just bought my car and if these chips weren't correct or not recommended could I return (here is where the bait and switch takes place) Customer service guy says no problem we have a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied 100%. Never mentioned restocking fee or shipping fee. I get the chips, take my car to my guy- he says 100% do not put these in your vehicle. I initiate the return get the RMA # stick them in a FEDEX pack ($22) and send them back unopened and untocuhed. I paid over $260 the refunded $134. I called in and said WTF the guy says we charge 25% restocking fee per item and $10 shpping fee per item. I say are you kidding me you shipped me all the pieces in one package I took that same (1) package stuck it in a FEDED envelope and sent it back. 25% re-stocking fee is ridiculous no way I am paying that. The guy said sorry sir I can't waive any fees or do anything. I say I will dispute with my CC company and file a complain with BBB, he says, do what you need to sir its our policy.

Your Desired Resolution:
I want a complete refund. I am not willing to pay 25% restocking fee its unheard of, I can see paying $10 total for shipping even though I paid over $40 to send back all the items via FedEx.
