You know how you can avoid this in the future?

I joined as one of my friends who charges $1/minute and even reads for free on there recommended I look her up. She is an extremely honest, God-fearing woman, and excellent reader. Her personal readings for me have been completely on target.

I also got some excellent readings on there. Granted, I didn't spend a lot of money...but there were some frauds...people who offered stereotypical, common sense guesses.

However, buyer beware....

I noticed that all of my five star ratings were recorded. But my 1 and 2 star ratings were not. This is a scam.....How can Live Person just block a bad ratings? But they do.

Drastic raise in rates. Some readers offered good rates at about $1/minute. When one found out I earned a six figure salary -- she boosted the fee to $5/minute -- like i'm going to pay that! Please.

I was also offered the energy clearing -- which really pissed me off as she did it after I hit hire...Why should I pay her to pitch me her services which I didn't ask for. Really this is a scam.

Also...read the contract. Your transcripts are not private. In fact, by signing up, you give Live Person permission to distribute, copy, use, and sell your transcripts anywhere in the world. How do you know they wouldn't sell them to a private investigator, to a spouse, to the government. How do you know what the reader will do with the information gathered? Nothing is private and whatever discussed could be tremendously compromising.

I like that you have to click to hire before you are billed. YOu really can get a sense of the person during that period...and be discerning right off. You can also click off immediately if you don't get a hit. I noticed that some readers woudl immediately disconnect me if I didnt hit click to hire before they got a conneciton -- thsoe would have been frauds anyway.

You'er really better praying to God for guidance. Readers can get you off track. It's also a terrible waste of money. Is any fee paid to them work the service? I would have to say not.

I have several emails from S to say she has logged on to drop me a quick line and was going have a quick look at these reports as it has been awhile since she had read them.

So, from your reasoning, the fact that I dissapeared meant I was an expert and there could be no other reason-like illness, computer problems, other life issues.

We are ripped of clients who have been working to get information to other clients and about the company.

You've got it wrong again. I've supported Janice in her endeavors in the past. I just think she's going after the wrong people. I've even tried to tell her who. But, my mistake was that I didn't realize she is one of them and in league with the rest. It's easy to see who because their names are so glaringly absent from the plethora of posts. And yes, I believe you are one of them. I don't know which lap dog you are and I don't care. I don't read these every day like you do. I have a family to take care of and enjoy. I value them too much to become obsessed with this crap the way you have.

Patti, you are a horrendus person. People who read these threads must surely know this by now. The fact that someone like you is the type of person that gives "spiritual readings" on Liveperson is enough to show what a dismal and morally inept site it is. So keep it up. You expose not only yourself, but the type of people that for the most part, occupy it.

It seems like only the genuine people are responding to my posts. I wonder why....lol..Of course membership of the 'weakguyonkasamba' group has suddenly increased.

No-one seems to want to provide proof of my stalking or personas. I wonder why?

Defrading of clients is becoming easier since the company was taken over.

But, as the Master Z file shows, and as a lot of clients know, if you try to warn other clients the company bans the clients account.

The company engage in numerous practices that cover up fraud and the results is more clients are hurt.

The person who used that old report to actually hurt a legitimate expert as well as myself is an example of the manipulative lowlife that are on the site.

This lowlife has put my family at risk in order to try and hurt people. You cannot get much lower than that

I am beyond angry now. I have endured over a year of accusations and abuse.

But I have had enough. Clients need to know who the worst offenders are and I am going to tell them.

This is just the beginning.

Janice - I appreciate your posting the reader's name and transcript. I love how right up front she mentions the entertainment disclaimer - I guess not real confident in her abilities. I also agree that it NOT helpful to blame a client because they believe in psychic ability and are tricked by unskilled psychics (or outright frauds). How many vunerable or innocent people have been tricked by Nigerian scams on line, or boiler room stock sellers - it is not their fault they were lied to and the law would not recognize the victim as being at fault. They were scammed. The same holds true of psychics who play along vunerable clients for high fees, they should not be able to hide behind the entertainment only disclaimer. That one legal rule I would like to see changed. I am not saying they need to be fully accurate - just that they are clear, and honest about what they can provide and truthfully provide it. No scams.
the reader you mentioned I tried twice several years ago - the first read on romance was completely wrong (although I did not know it at the time) and the second read on a legal issue she started stumbling around, couldnt give me anything and it then became clear to me she was not intuitive. I went to a real reader after that and gained valuable info. If someone can only read on "romance" - BEWARE. Spirit realms have more to provide humans than romantic advice.

The following excerpt is from one of several yahoo chats that I paid for with a Liveperson/Kasamba psychic. This is from June 2007 when I was at my lowest point. I will be putting together the case study that shows how the unethical psychics con the clients over a period of time. When they are told by distressed or angry clients who have spent a lot of money they block them or attempt to fleece one last bit of money out of them. The only 'psychic' talent most of them possess is the ability to detect clients who may be able to be conned.

This is just an excerpt of the last paid session that I had with this person. She obviously knew it was one last chance to get some money. I did actually catch her online after this and told her that I had reread the transcripts of the chat conducted on and off Kasamba and asked her why she said her prediction would occur definitely. She, like the others blamed me and cut me off. I will post the case study on the yahoo group along with the one on Dr Love later this week.

Anyway, this was her last attempt to fleece me and she went for the money big-time. BTW I have the original transcripts and the PayPal receipts to prove authenticity. I had actually taken this off my laptop and put it on the PC in my office to work on while I had lunch at my desk just before I became ill and then destroyed my laptop. The nature of my work is that I do a lot of it on my home equipment, as do most people who do high level research for a living (I mention this because some idiot said that they should inform my boss that I used work resources for personal activities. He would just laugh as he does the same).

I posted this in order to show that it is quite common for some high profile experts to engage in unethical practices. Anyway, later this week when I have finished this work publication and after the data from my drowned laptop is put on my current laptop I will post some more case studies from the report-in full, not just snippets like this.

This was a response to a part of a conversation in which I had said I was depressed. I won't go into any more detail at this point as I just wanted to show an example of an expert trying to fleece a client out of a large amount of money.

The expert is Ladriele. This is the excerpt:

She had tried to sell me a talisman several months earlier but the price was $176USD. Now that is inflation of the worse kind. However, several months earlier I wasn't depressed and therefore not as vulnerable. Now I wonder why the price jumped so much. Could it have been due to the fact that it was clear the client was in a really bad place and therefore potentially easier to con. I didn't buy it but that doesn't mean I wasn't conned many times by unethical experts.

To those who will write about personal responsibility my response it don't bother. I've heard it all before and it is not a crime to be vulnerable. Moreover, there is a huge amount of research sitting on my old hard drive that shows the various ways in which experts con clients. For example two of the front page experts use scripts. I know because I have been given (with permission to use) transcripts of sessions from several clients that are almost word for word the same. Over the next few weeks I will post some of the case studies.

I will also post some that include correspondence from LP support denying various issues of fraud by experts even though it is clear that they have contravened the expert warrantees and broken the law in some cases.

For offering services to remove "bad" influences - maybe 10% of the readers did that - some others just mention the negativity of others. Not all readers offer those "removal" services - yet even their positive type readings don't happen. So my experience was more along the lines that I suspect many were sharing info, or the detailed readings they gave never happened, and that you are not allowed to rate below a 5 or you are black-listed, in addition to not be allowed to ask why nothing ever did occur. So overall a waste of time and money unless you were in the chance group where the risk factor was that something for someone was bound to happen.

How many times has 'psychic at Liveperson told someone that their bad luck or ill loved one or whatever, is the result of a 'group of people in another location, doing black magic who hate yo and your family', 'someone close to your family has evil wishes for you or your family', ' a woman you knew in the past or in your family' has hired a black magician to manipulate spirits and angels so that you will have bad luck'....or something like these things?


Is this the usual drill there?
From what I understand and have experienced myself in the past with some of them, some readers won't ask for the big bucks to remove influences or 'spell' rightoff the bat, but will offer a very low price or free reading just to get yourinfo and into you, and then after they hear your concerns either offer you a curse remover for more moeny - or will basically manipulate you to ask:"What can I DO about the evil hexes on me????" and then tell you they can help you for a huge amount of money.

Is this the experience of people who have used Liveperson at one time or another?

Does every reading include some kind of reference on the part of the reader, to the occult or back magic?

I am beginning to think so.

how sick.. that any one would do that.. I would suggest that you sue.. for harrassment and emotional stress.. by law they have to have the id of the person who you are dealing with on file.. so therefore you can sue,, the company and the individual........ and there is a shared file.. so anyone who works on that site can see what you have said to others.. so the personal information is shared...
any scam artist can put time on this site and claim anything..and well,, take from you.. so if you are really upset.. which I would hope you are.. just do what you can.. contact every news service you can... and sue.. I really think that there should be a class action law suite against them.. for stealing money..
If you put money on pay pal,, they will take it and not return it...
one person i spoke with while I was on that site said she had been so upset with the service.. there was no customer service.. it was just customer fight... that she said it was the last time she would call and the only reason she was calling is that they would not give her her money back... customer service.. in india.. you know live person, kasamba is a front for an hindi group.. right..
yelled at her and really made her feel like she had been a victim of a giant ripp off..

case in point.. if you registar with kasamba/live person, and you put a picture up,, you will find the picture you upload is of a hindi man.. the guy who made the program,, the owner of the company?????. so no matter what picture you put up.. check it,, it will be of a man... like his pass port photo..
I really think that kasamba/liveperson's customer service..and half the staff .. are rejects from the usa.. people who hate american's .. I mean really,, look at the way you are treated... when you contact customer service.. how long does it take to get a responce.. and if you pay them money,, isnt it impossible to get a refund.. for time you did not use... ..
you know the computer geeks who studied computers, came to the usa, got jobs here..then when it was realized that they not only hate amercians ... but some of them were here to do really bad things to americans, they were sent back to india..so now they run the computers from there..and they have all your information...
I got a client once who went off on how much she hates americans..and how she was part of a group that would be taking this country over.... that did not happen. she was forced to go back to india..and she was hidding at the time. I know because she was chatting with me when they came to get her.. the last I heard from her was that federal agents were there to pick her up..
she had lost her job as a computer tec. so she had no legal right to be in this country..... you need to know,, it was not on kasamba,, and I reported her, since she had been making threats..

REAL Psychics are not reading some script on a phone. They are usually consulting wiht world leaders and will never deign to talk to you or me unless they are a family member... or charging me enough to feed my family for two months == and I opt to feed my family!

Save your $500. Spells and cleansing are total and utter rubbish. Tell everyone the readers name too so others are aware and will stay away from her.

Indeed if this is what she did to you this is really horrible I always say to people: do not try to force your will on others - spells does not work that way and not meant to be this. and more then anything as soon as she tried to ask you for that amount you should have hung up on her to begin with and put her name on the report too.
