Kasey Mando Ultra Quest Toy Fox Terriers Sold me an Akc Poodle and said she would sent me her papers once I gave her a name for the puppy. It's been a few months and still no papers and she is ignoring me now El Cajun California

Kasey sold me an "AKC" Toy Fox Terrier, she is still refusing to send me the registration paperwork or shot record.  She also did not discolse that she had the dog's bark removed.

I can't believe someone can write on a public website like this and be allowed to tarnish a person's reputation. Kasey is a reputable breeder who turns out beautiful and healthy dogs. She's a very busy woman who does a lot of rescue work with dogs and horses. She has more on her plate than most people. There is no urgency for a dog's papers if you are buying a pet dog. Be patient before putting something slanderous on the Internet. I had a more than wonderful experience with Kasey and I have the most beautiful and healthy dog from her Thank you Kasey for breeding such a special member of our family.  I would only want to hear if a breeder was being negligent in a way that affects the health and well being of an animal.

Just because you had no problems with her doesn'tmean  I didn't. 

This is the whole story till this day. 

I purchased a poodle on aug 4. I was told once I pick out her name she would have 

The papers sent to my home. I gave her a name and a few weeks went by and nothing. 

I tried multiple times getting ahold of her and finally a response from her saying there was a problem with the papers

And she was fixing the problem. After 2 months with still no papers I decided to file this report. 

I though I could trust her because of her background. Then one day she texted saying she has her papers but she won't give them to me until I either

A. Delete the report 

Or if I can't delete the report 

B. Make a very good report about her

(that's why I updated my report)

Still wasn't good enough and then she tried to change what she said and told me 

She said I had to do both not just one of her options. I have proof of it to. 

Any ways. I tried getting it deleted but no luck. So I finally gave up and got tired dealing with her. 

I sent her a message saying that I will be getting the dog spayed and will be placing her in a home

So weither the dog has papers or not I have no clue. All I know is I paid $800 for a dog with Akc papers and 

I haven't gotten what I paid for. What I'm upset about is the fact that I was either lied to or jiped out of her papers. 

If she had no papers to begin with she should have said something. Or she shouldn't have sold the dog until she had all paperwork in order. $800 is not cheap and I spent my extra money Just to get her because I wanted an Akc dog when I could have gone a few mins away from my home and gotten the same color dog that was $300 cheaper because she didn't have Akc papers. I convinced my husband that this dog was better because she was Akc so he allowed me to spend the extra money and go farther to get her. 

I have said my peace and everything in this report your reading right now is correct. 

I came across this complaint as I was googling my dogs breeder to buy another puppy from her and was shocked to see it.  I have an AKC Toy Fox Terier that I bought from Kasey and I did a lot of research on Toy Fox Terrier breeders before deciding on buying from Kasey.   She has been a breeder for several years and is one of the top toy fox terrier breeders in the Country.   I drove 3-1/2 hours to meet her and see the puppy before I purchased it, then when our pup was 10 weeks old I drove back to her compound to pick up our puppy.  My experience with her was excellent. She did everything she said, she is an honest up front woman who really cares about her dogs, and spent a lot of time with me.  Her pups were clean, healthy and very well socialized.  My experience was nothing but good and my dog is now 2-1/2 years old and very healthy and happy.  

I thinK the person who wrote this complaint should feel terrible for jumping onto this site and ruining someone's reputation.  Before doing due diligence.  This complaint had no business being put up to begin with, so it should be taken down...

I will hopefully be purchasing another pup from Kasey and do refer people to her to purchase tft's  A breeders reputation is vital to people who want to buy good healthy sound dogs.  this complaint needs to be removed.  Thank you

I need to update my report. I accused Kasey of selling me a poodle With no Akc papers And that I was ripped Off. Well I have come To realize she was telling me the truth. My poodle does in deed have Akc papers. I made a mistake on writing this report if I had just waited like she had said I would have never made this Report. She keeps her word and my mistake was not trusting her. 

I will likE to apologize to Kasey, her family and her business as I have accused her of not being trustworthy.  Its not kaseys  fault that akc Was not being fast enough to my taste. I feel horrible now that I have put bad words on her business and I'm positive that as a breeder she try's to fix any problems as fast as she can but she has no control over a third party and how fast they are to Resolve a problem. 

I hope that with this update report it shows that new potential clients of hers that she is not at fault.  I am the one at fault. 

Ok let me set this straight. Kasey Mando has contacted me and has her Akc papers. She did ask ME to hold on and that sHe will get the papers for me. I admit I thought I got ripped off and thought she wasn't going to give me any papers for her. Kasey Mando does keep her word and well Sometimes it just takes time to get things straighten out. My apologies to kasey and her family as well as her business.
