Kash Email Solutions ripoff selling bogus Targeted Mailing Lists Tinley Park Illinois

I contacted Kash to see if they had a Targeted Email list for Singles in the New York area. I received two emails back from Lana Michaels representing that they had both opt-in and targeted lists. I received the following response:
Hello Roy,

Thank you for your recent inquiry. Yes we do. We currently have the following breakdown by state on opt-in:
New York singles 784,573
New Jersey singles 387,119
Connecticut singles 198,829

We currently have the following breakdown for targeted:
New York singles 3.8 million
New Jersey singles 986,118
Connecticut singles 477,281

I ordered a list of 1 million New York singles. I received a list however it was not what I ordered. The list I received is comprised of email addresses from all over the world. This is absolutely not what I ordered and would like to receive the list that I was told I could get. My purchase request was for a list of email addresses in New York not worldwide.

I contacted Kash on three occasions telling them I did not recieve what I requested, however they have not responded to any of my email messages.

If they cannot produce the list they represented they would, then I should get my money back. The list they sent me is useless to me.
