This company sold us a log home and told us that their builder was who had to build it. Katahdin said they would see your through the end of your project. Their builder did not show for one day of work and had his inexperienced worker put together our home. It has bad cuts and now has no roof. They could not finish it and Katahdin said the builder is now not actually working for them, they just know him.
Do not buy a home from this company. They will not stand behind you.
