Katerina's Spell Casting, Guarente On EBay, inaccurate, weak, psychic readings, bad customer service, ineffective spells, mis-stated address "North Attleboro" Attleboro Falls Massachusetts

I purchased a spell from Katerina hoping that her positive feedback generated on E-bay would prove to be legitimate. Even though it was an impulsive purchase it seemed like she was genuine. I skipped Ebay and ordered off her website which seemed to have the most choices available.

After that I was curious about her psychic abilities, so I purchased a reading from her site about how the spell would unfold. She was about 80% wrong in her assessments about me, and what was going on at the time, and the 20% that was correct was taken straight from my spell request that I submitted to her about a month before. Also included in her reading, was a link to an exercise on her website which could be read for free.

I asked for a do-over, and to my surprise she issued a refund immediately-perhaps to avoid a Paypal dispute, as it was immediately after the transaction. Well, this was a shocker, her spell didn't materialize 3 months and 2 weeks like she had 'predicted" so I asked for my money back, having zero faith in her casting abilities. She denied it, telling me that she issued no refunds, but rather a recast instead which was "more generous than other psychics doing business today."

When I refuted that claim citing specific examples, she responded rather insulted, pretending that my mention of these business came out of nowhere, and just because they offer this doesn't mean she had to. Katerina also was persistent that she was listed on some phony "best psychic" website and every bad review of her had to have been made up or from a scam website. It is ironic because she used a link to this very website, rip-off report.com, to discredit another website that had bad reviews of her, in an email to me to refute me.

Yet, when i see another complaint about her listed on this website, her rebuttal was that the guy complaining about her must have been a "competitor" making it up, and the guy basically didn't exist. Her response to all negative feedback was that everyone is just making it up.

She implied in her emails that she felt I was a customer that is impossible to please, but that isn't true. If she issued a refund, and allowed me to go my way and she go her way, Id be pleased. I asked her to simply explain why she should be able to collect on a service that proved not to work and she couldn't even do that. She stopped responding to my emails.

I'd also like to point out, that she incorrectly states her address on her website as being "north attleboro" when it is really "attleboro falls" I live about 25 minutes from there, and the 2 places are completely different towns, with different zip codes, and being a business owner operating in this location I simply don't know how she could overlook this error. Why she is choosing to state her address incorrectly is a mystery to me, but really, who knows what else she is trying to hide?
