Kathleen Miholich Kathy Miholich Unethical and Unprofessional Transitional Interventionist; Court Appointed Phoenix Arizona

Kathleen Miholich is a Court appointed Transitional Interventionist. She exhibits narcissistic characteristcs and is extremely vendictive; using her position as a court appointee to control anyone she takes a dislike to. She has a long history of being "Pro-Father" to the detriment of the children. Reunification of the estranged parent and the children in a divorce situation cannot always occur; yet Miholich is hell-bent of forcing reunification regardless of potential harm (re-traumatizing) of the children. In this case Father is diagnosed as mentally ill. 

She holds secret conversations with the Father and even with his parents, but refuses to allow the custodial parent (mother) any input. Should the mother ask for an explanation of Milhloch's acts; decisions; or why she treats the children the way she does, Miholich then tells mother she will impose sanctions against you byreporting you to the court, and the Judge will order you to spend many hours a week in my office. I will also recommend more sanctions against you, like you will have to pay ALL expenses" , even if the Court ordered the estragned father (convicted of multiple acts of domestic violence) to pay.

She argues with the children about their answers to her questions; attempts to get them to change their answers; makes rules for visitation using whatever the father demands; such as mother must be miles away from her office during visitation and stay away until the visit is over. (father used a loaded gun recently to intimidate his children, while drunk and on prescription meds. He has an explosive temper, and terrorizes the children, throwing his cell phone across the room during a supervised visit. The children ran crying from the room. These are the incidents Miholich refuses to acknowledge and punishes the mother when mother askes Miholich why she ignores such events. The children as a result, don't trust Miholich; don't know why she wont accept their answers; or understand why she won't agree that reunification can wait unil they are an adult in a couple of years.  She lies about the children's answers to her questions, so they recorded their convsation to prove she is a liar.   Never allow this woman to be involved in your Family Ct. matters. In 2012 she was "removed from a case For Cause"  by the judge, because of her conduct which left a small child in harms way.  Also, her "recommended" replacement, Julie Skakoon, has 10 negative reports on line, and not even one positive. Be very careful.
