It started with the purchase of the house we live in here in Greenwood Village. Katherine lied to us about the house being a manufactured home, which prevented us from getting a loan on the house to purchse. The lying continues as now when the house was renovated the construction company she deals with (5 Star) said they did not install the air conditioner after the fact that the boss himself told me he did. The problem lies with the office refusing to supply u with a warranty for the a/c unit since it needs to be repaired or replaced.

Kathryn told us she did not authorize the a/c unit in the wall and her construction partner lied to her about installing it. So it just magically appeared in the wall and no one wants to claim responsibility for it. It is a simple solution. Get the warranty so we can get it fixed. The corporate office, Equity Lifestyle Properties based in Chicago has received numerous calls from me regarding the issue yet they refuse to follow up on the problem claiming we purchased the house "as is". All well and good as is is the appliance, heat and plumbing must be in proper working order no matter what. So if anyone is considering buying in this place. as nice as it is, beware of Katherine Kaya.
