We bought the auto hauling trailer, which within less than a year, already had the tools box have a hole. After further investigation and lookiing into it from one body shop to the next, we found out that the particular box was painted over a rusted metal, and thus the reason for this hole to appear after several months of use.... all of a sudden.
We contacted Tim, the manager, who refused to help with anything, dumping on us, saying it was our problem. We sent several emails, and made several phone calls after this, and never received any correspondence from him from then on.
This is supposed to be a big company, from which we asked only a small fixed amount to fix THEIR issue, and in response, NO RESPONSE> it's a shame they are still in business.

The reporting party indicated that the manager by the name of "Tim" did not provide satisfaction. This is the same guy I dealt with,although I understood he was the warranty guy for the company. Whatever his title, I also found him to be ridged and unwilling to recognize design flaws and lousy workmanship, let alone offer a path to resolution. "This is the trailer we build, and it is what it is." I am guessing the guy is helping the company make lots of money. Again, I am willing to share my photos and details with anyone who asks. Kaufman Trailers did rectify this issue with the customer. Kaufman Trailers sent them a new toolbox and we also paid to have it replaced. This report must have been filed prior to Kuafman trailers fixed the issue.
