kaufman well drilling told me it would be around 1500.00 and tried ti charge me 2039.00 WATERLOO IN Indiana

kaufman well drilling showed up at my house to fix water pressure issue. did not rouble shoot. just started replacing the well pump that was working fine. they replaced the holding tank wich was bad. told meit would be around 1500.00 for total then sent me a bill for 2039.67 Mike Kaufman is a con artist and a liar. 100 percent mark up on his products. i tought he made a honest mistake on the billing. no. he has his stuff double priced and 250.00per hour labor. charged 810.00 for a well pump that only cost around 400.00. they told me the holding tank cost a little over 200.00 and he charged me 410.00131-25 for new wire that cost 69.00 69.00 for a few pvc elbows and fitting that cost under 10.00. he is a liar and they are now taking me to court. i have offered to pay the 1500.00 several times but he insist to steel from me.
