Kaufmans Wedding World ripoff Kaufmanns takes your money and lies Timonium Maryland

In June of 2003 I was shopping for a wedding dress and found one at Kaufmans that I was very fond of. The dress was 6 sizes too big for me, and it is difficult to tell how you look in a dress that doesn't fit you. I asked if they could get one in for me in my size so I could try it on, I was told that they could get one from the York store. They also told me that I would have to put down money in order to get the dress in, the money would either be applied to the purchase of the dress of completely refunded, this is all they said, I had 4 other people with me to verfiy this. Several months later I decided on a dress, it was not the one at Kaufmans (thank g-d)!!!!. I attempted to get my refund, at first I was told that it was only good for thirty days, which was never mentioned, I was then told that they had no paper work on it and they would have the store owner contact me, which never happened. They then refused to give me any cooperate information. I called the customer service number, which I had to find and left approx 30 messages, and a few emails too. I received no responses at all. I still have not recieved any money, or response. Kaufmans is slimy, dishonest, and they commit fraud on a daily basis. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE, we as consumers need to ensure that they go out of business. See how the rich jerks like it when they have to worry about where their money goes!!!!
