kawareatechnicalschool washburn tech in january 2001 i enrolled in auto tech,but within a month i failed and they said my pelgrant didny pay i had to pay 200.00 for tuition topeka, Kansas

my report is that i enrolled january 2001 at washburn tech(formelly kae area technical school)i took automotive,i reluctactly was talked into it when i really wanted to enter welding or graphic design,but was told mey "entrance exam was not sufficient enough,and that i barely made qualifications for auto"so after a month and 1 week i was spoken to by personal about my f grades.i begged for extra help they replied "hire slyvian teaching solutions in town on 28th and wanamaker rd"(which was another 200.00)i couldnt afford it.i got another f that following week.i cried and ran out the class room.so i dropped out 5 months later they billed me for that semester and i wasnt even their a whole semester!I paid it,and i did further my academics at lets help in june of 2007 at 200 s kansas ave topeka,ks.in their education dept.soo,i feel i should get that 200.00 back.
