Kayak Pools Midwest/ HFI Financing scheme veterans to fraudlently get loan for pool Indianapolis, Indiana

Kayak Pools uses a finance company HFI to walk unsuspecting veterans step by step on how to fraudlently obtain a loan under the guise oa a home improvement loan. Don't have an account? They will take you step by step on how to get an account then walk and talk you through the fraudlent application,, knowing that the only way you are going to get financed for a Kayak pool is to lie. They don't care though. All they want you to do is get financed so you can purchase one of their highly inflated priced pools.

The real kick is first they get as much of a deposit from you ehich is non-refundable after three days, now you either lose that amount of deposit($2,000) in my case, or you work with their financer HFi and they take you all the way to the bank. They will even tell you "Don't tell them it is for a pool or you will be turned down". So if you are truthful, you are out your deposit. If you get financed "buyer beware".

Don't fall for the famous 30 year warranty, it is nothing but a prorated very, very limited warranty. Before you sign, read the 3 day disclaimer. If you don't see it, that is because it is very cleverly folded up under neath the place where you sign the agreement. Be sure to read the back of the agreement where it states that Kayak is not responsible for anything, not even their own attorney fees, even if they don't bring suit against you. The installation department will be your next hurdle.

They tell you not to worry, my pool has been installed 3 months and I am still dealing with this nightmare because the installation department told me not to worry, it is a common occurence and the installer ewill show up with extra supplies and i'll tell him there is some extra work on the site. Installer showed up, stateed he didn't know anything about footer installation and now I am being billed $1830.00 above the stated contract price. Save all your documentation, make sure every thing is by e-mail or in wring. I have all the correspondence from the financing, the installation, and sales of this pool. as I said, if you climb into bed with Kayak Pools Midwest and HFI financing, BUYER BEWARE!!
