This company evidently does an annual event called Boca Raton Bowl Great Chefs Tailgate Showcase & College Spirit Night. Last year it listed Crystal Bay Caterers Sam LoPiccolo as on their Roster of "top Chefs."
KAYE COMMUNICATIONS boast on their web site that they are “brand-knowledgeable” ER (Ever-Ready) Crisis Communicators. It is a good thing they are because evidently they are not Brand Researchers – based upon this report from the Tallassee Democrat – easily found online at http://data.tallahassee.com/restaurant-inspections/palm-beach/crystal-bay-caterers/cat6013815/3094917/
KAYE COMMUNICATIONS event was lucky it did not “ignite” a “viral” food poisoning event by having a company like Crystal Bay Catering be one of their key and highlighted suppliers. From one PR professional to another, it is easier to do your homework before an event and avoid the Crisis, than have to react to one.

The primary reason I am commnunicating this on the Rip Off Repot is to hopefully prevent KAYE COMMUNICATIONS from doing another event with Crystal Bay Caterers and actually have to show off their Crisis Communicators skills to an group event involving food poisoning.

Of all the companies involved with this incident, yours this the most puzzeling. Managing events like this is what you do. Are you just ignoring this because you are not getting paid? What about the implications of your own business sense and moral judgement - and the impact to the community?
Please note this event has resulted in another report - this one is University of Alabama. you should follow up, they have money and they appear to now need your services as well.
...or perhaps you handled the Equifax event, and already have University of Alabama Compliance Office Code of Conduct office as clients as well and this is your playbook?

You know it might help if your researched how to respond to these. Forbes has a great step by step action plan, you should read it - you would learn something. about your business. First step, show you give a d**n for taking an action that has or might have had hurt someone - follow up on what you will or have done to make eure it does not happen again.
.... and for heaven's sake, take down your web page for your tailgate party in 2016 displaying your endoresment of Cyrstal Bay Catering. Even if the was no report, why is that web page still up? Do that at least, then the reason you are getting these updates will be gone, the motivation removed.
