DO NOT HIRE THIS GIRL...SHE FILED BATTERY CHARGES AGAINST HER EMPLOYER WHEN SHE WAS WITH DR. LEE, SHE TRASHES ALL OF HER FORMER EMPLOYERS ON THE INTERNET IF THEY EVER LET HER GO. I FIRED HER FROM ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE WHEN SHE WANTED TO HIRE "ATTRACTIVE" MALE MARKETERS TO REPLACE ME. SHE DROVE TO THE DOCTORS HOME ON A FRIDAY NIGHT CRYING TO HIM ABOUT HER JOB AFTER SHE HAD ONLY BEEN WITH HIM FOR THREE DAYS. I FIRED HER THAT MONDAY. DO NOT HIRE THIS INSECURE WOMAN BECAUSE IF YOU DO AND EVER LET HER GO, SHE WILL DESTROY YOUR REPUTATION ON THE INTERNET.

SHE IS BEING SUED BY A FORMER EXECUTIVE FOR THE DOCTOR BECAUSE SHE ALSO TRASHED HIM ON THE INTERNET. THE SUIT HAS BEEN PREPARED AND SHE WILL FIND HERSELF BEING SERVED AND IN COURT WITHIN THE NEXT 45 DAYS. THERE ARE SIX OF US WHO ARE GOING TO TESTIFY AGAINST HER.

THIS POST IS TO MAKE SURE THAT SHE CAN'T DO ANY MORE DAMAGE TO ANY OTHER DOCTORS OR EMPLOYERS.

I have not responded to this report until now for one basic reason, I had legal cases pending and did not want anything to effect those.

First, I did work at Neurological Associates of Nevada for over three years. Of which the owners/principals of the company is NOT Dr. Lee. He works for NAN - therefore technically, I did not work for Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee is an amazing physician, person and friend. I have maintained a friendship with both him and his wife though I no longer work at NAN. Dr. Lee continues to allow me to use him as a reference as well as written me a letter of recommendation for my future endeavors. It was a honor and a privilege to work side by side with Dr. Lee. I do miss him dearly.

I was NOT fired from NAN. I resigned on 8/31/2011 - this is one of the few things we all agree on. That was one of the hardest things I've done thus far. An incident occurred between myself and one of this the owners. Of which, I will not go into detail about. The incident which occurred provided an unsafe working environment for me to stay in. I filed a report with Metro. The Las Vegas Metro police department investigated the incident and charges were brought upon that individual. The DAs office continued with those charges. We have a Criminal Court date set in March of 2013.

Both owners and NAN as a company filed civil suits against me in late October of 2011. My attorney and I responded with a counterclaim. In January of 2013 I won my case. They did not; though they do have a right to appeal. NO evidence of slander or loss of business after my leaving was proven.

Despite the legal battles I have had over the past few years, I do not wish NAN - or it's owners - any ill will. For three plus years they were my family. Still to this day, I miss the friendships lost in this mess. I cherish the memories that were made there and often reflect in them.

In January of 2012 I was employed at a non medical company. There I was laid off in April. I did not post anything about them in the Internet. And still keep in contact with other former employees of theirs as well as some still employed. I appreciate the job I had while I was there and the extra skills I was given for my rsum. I do hope the refacing of the company is going well and bringing history back in Las Vegas.

In June of 2012 I worked exactly TWO days at Dr. Chopra's office. Dr. Chopra is another neuro in town. Dr. Lee gave Dr. Chopra his verbal reference over the phone. Dr. Lee and I talked the same day. Him wishing me the best and I assuring him I wouldn't hurt his name/business. That there was a mutual love and respect there.

Dr. Chopra used an outside company to preform the hiring tasks and rebranding of his business. That was done my a man named Scott Allan Karosa. At first I was excited to get this job. From the time a got the call I started working. My family and I drew up possible new logos, drafted employee roles, and started working on policies to go into play. It was clear from the beginning they wanted me to give inside information about NAN - of which told them there was no need to try to "take" certain referral sources from them.

I working at NAN I knew there were just some doctors that would only refer to them. And that it was a waste of time to try and take them. In spite of they way things are with NAN now I'm not too angry with them to say they are good at what they do. And know how to keep accounts happy.

I also spent time helping the new hire to sort through stacks if referrals that had been sent to Dr. Chopra weeks prior and had yet to be called. She came to me concerned about falling behind. Myself, her and another girl separated them. Referrals that could just be scheduled (consults or emgs w/ no auth) and referrals that needed auth. They were then organized by date received.

As any marketer knows, you should not let a referral sit around. At all. I emailed Mr. Karosa and suggested - not to terminate the current marketer but to bring in a second one. One to help split the valley up, create competition, and bring in new accounts. I also suggested to bring in a male marketer and listed several companies in the Vegas valley that use male marketers since medical offices are generally staffed with females. I provided at least six companies who use that strategy. Mr. Karosa had a meeting with me on day 2 - the day after I sent the email. In that meeting I was told I had my facts wrong, that I should be giving them NANs contacts, and that I should want nothing more to see the end of NAN. He them brought in the current marketer and let me know he had told her about my email.

I apologized - though I still stand by my suggestion - she left, and again I was told about how much I should channel my energy on getting their referral sources - none of which I had named.

Knowing I was in a legal standstill with NAN - and the part of me that is still disgustingly true to them, no referral sources were given to Chopra's office.

After leaving the meeting with Mr. Karosa (who went by Mr. Allen) I went into my then office to meet with Mr. Karosa's contact at an IT company. He is the one that reviled the true identity of the person who hired me. I went home and googled Scott Allen Karosa. I found multiple postings buried on pages 16 and up on google and pictures to verify they were one and the same. Furthermore, I went to official Nevada websites to verify the postings on various websites to make sure there was some type of validity to the posts. I called Dr. Chopra and met that same night - Friday - at his house. It was JUST Dr. Chopra, his wife and myself. Not the marketer who wrote the above post. I had brought with me my laptop and told him who tipped me off. I did not cry about my job. I went over there knowing full well what might happenk to me and my position there. Dr. Chopra asked me to give him the weekend to do his own independent research. He texted me over the weekend to ask what pages I found the information on. I replied.

Monday I went into work where the marketer made a show of gathering everyone and firing me in front of them. Dr. Chopra was not present. I gathered up my logos, the job descriptions and everything else I worked on and left. On the way home, I received a call from Mr. Karosa threatening me - which was reported to the police. While at the station Mrs. Chopra called me twice yelling at me and accusing me if taking personnel files. I told her to exactly where I placed them, she found them and she hung up on me. The police advised me to list her in the report as well. I did.

I never posted anything about Dr. Chopra or his practice. I wasn't there long enough to see him interact with his patients to come up with an opinion. My opinions are strictly those and Mr. Scott Allan Karosa.

The below mentioned post mentioned that a suit was going to come to me the that numerous people would testify. The only suit that came was in 2011 and was in place prior to me working at Chopra's. As, mentioned before the same suit I won.

No additional suits came. As the post promised.

As many know, I could not ask for a specific charge to be placed on anyone - the police and the DAs office issue charges based on their investigations.

I am currently working at a medical office now where I have been since September.

I do wish to shine clarity as to what happened because it is my name and reputation being trashed. Every employer, except Chopra, has provided me some type of letter of recommendation of my work ethic. Even where I was laid off I was given positive praise.

As always, I wish nothing but success to Dr. Lee where ever he is at. And hope the rebranding of Dr. Gobinder Chopra is going okay.
