"Dr Kaz Moghim" , I only refer to him as a Dr because I actually checked with state medical board to make sure he is actually a Dr otherwise nothing about this guy adds up. His record shows his real name is Dr Kazumi Moghim on another site it showed it as Dr Kazam Moghim. First of all he does not speak English very good. He is pretty polite guy but it is very difficult to understand him.
Dr Kaz Moghim got frustrated on my 2nd visit because I forgot to bring my old prescription with me. I WENT THERE TO GET MY CONTACT LENSE PRESCRIPTION RENEWED and HE INSISTED ON ME GET NEW PAIR OF GLASSES. The following week, I was scheduled for fitting my glasses and testing lense, that's when I found out the glass company is either family member or somehow affiliated to him. I paid $450 for pair of glasses I didn't need. I paid $185 for my visits. I went back for the 4th time because I was extremely unhappy with my overpriced glasses and he says in broken English, "NO SORRY. WE CANT TAKE BACK"! On the bright side I got my contact lenses prescription adjusted by him properly and I can see good again. Doctors should not be salesman. He did his job but he is too much of a salesman. Do yourself a favor. Go to another doctor.

The commenter has no idea. She is pretty cool though. This is probably the interesting thing that SSN ID is (((redacted))) but the bank account number he used is completely not correct and it should be (((redacted)))

Los Angeles, CA: This guy Kaz Moghim is the worst doctor you can go in Los Angeles. He sure has no clue about eye problems and He can't speak English !!! How did this guy get his license to operate on my eye? I am going to file a report with the board get his license revoked Kaz Moghim is horrible dr.
