Kazovision a software company out of Shanghai China who has sold us licenses that was not compatible with the hardware which they claimed to support.  We had a large client with multiple license purchases a month, but the software from Kazovision was buggy and our cliens refused to use them.

We were left holding the bag (close to $1000 worth of buggy software licenses)

No timely support or fix of the buggy software were found--and we lost any chance with the client; any request for refund were refused.  They think they are the only ones in the world who can write a signage software.  Yet after three month of working on the solution, there was still no solution to the client's satisfaction.

A few years ago, we 1st used them and their software crashed every 2-3 weeks.  We've lost more customers than we can count due to continual these software problems. Trying to be helpful, we have devoted several hundred of man hours to help them test, debug and report errors, yet in the end, you get an arrogant group of people who will not listen to you or care about your plight. The licenses that we used for Testing purpose was treated as a regular purchase. They are lucky we haven't billed them for our time and yet they are doing stuff like this.

We've lost at least tens of thousands of potential revenue working this company, hundreds of hours helping them improve, yet in the end they treat you like dirt.   Well this is what you get for treating one of your best clients like this, a negative report on ripoff.com.
