The 4 check’s you wrote for $2,500.00, $2,630.00 $2,715.00 $1,110, dated October 24 2016, December 1, 2016, December 6, 2017, December 24, 2017 which were made payable to Brenda Joyce Johnson, was returned by Wells Fargo and Mid-Minnesota because the account had insufficient funds everytime I tried to cash the 4 checks.

 I worked for you (Kira Ann Salazar-Girard) in California being a nanny for your son, Jett Newman. At that time you were a realty tv star working for “Dance Mom’s” that airs on Lifetime TV. Colllins Production company paid you to to hire a Nanny. You hired me and  I cared for your son. YOU never had me sign a W4 or 1099. Only when I asked you for the money because the accounts always had insufficient funds. YOU also told me that 2 of those checks were were already cashed. YOU told David Newman that all the checks were cashed before November of 2017. I continuously tried to cash the checks in Brainerd, Minnesota and Scottsdale, AZ. I sent 3 exact certified letters on September 14, 2018 demanding payment. 

If you can do this to your son's grandmother, then what are you really capable of ?

Why do you feel entiled to the money I earned ?

I dont care who you are or who you think you are...Just because you were on TV doesnt make this ok. I dont care if Attorneys work for you for free. I am pretty sure that I pay my bills and that I have credibilty and have never stolen from one person on this earth in my 67 years of life. Im a retired 67 years old living on #ss and a little pension. I get nothing for free and wouldn't want too.
