Hiran Mazaira is a scam artist. He is currently scamming people through a craigslist ad in South Florida. His ad claims he will put together a kitchen for you for about $2,500. He will meet with you, design your kitchen, have you sign a contract, take a check from you and on the install date he will come up with an excuse and push the date back again and again and again until you figure it out.
He has done this to multiple people here in South Fla. When I finally looked him up I found that before he came to Florida to practice his scams with his girlfriend Sila Estevez under the company names of KCB Remodeling and Kitchen Cabinets and Bath for Less, he was scamming people in Massachusetts as a fake optometrist.
He has been arrested for practicing healthcare without a license, several counts of grand theft, practicing optometry without a license and other crimes.
He has currently stolen $3,500 from me for a kitchen he never delivered or even ordered. He claims to be affiliated with Adornus Cabinets in Doral and with The Chinese Granite in Doral. Both companies recognize him as a scam artist.

The scam team of HIRAN MAZAIRA and SILA ESTEVEZ continue to defraud people across Florida. I have yet to receive restitution for the theft they have perpetrated agaist me. I have receved serveal phone calls from innocent people who have been taken advantage of by this team of scammers. They will not stop unless we band together and build a case agaist them to be sure they are put away for a long time and do not have a chanse to contuinue to scam and defruad innocent people. Please contact me if you have been taken advantage of by HIRAN MAZAIRA and his girlfried SILA ESTEVEZ. They operate under the fake company names of KCB Remodeling, Kitchen Cabinets and Bath for Less, KCB4Less. Thier numbers are: 954-560-9917; 786-313-3931; 844-207-6438.
