I received an unknown charge to my bank card of 9.95 on 8/19/04 from a company called KCSoftLLC. After attempting to contact them 2 times by phone, I researched and found several people incurring the same problem.
I hope they get caught! I have a lawyer on it as we speak! I'm just wondering (from another victim's words) if the PayPal Litigation in California is somehow tied to this scam.
Apparently PayPal was charging accounts illegally & not allowing customers to access their information.
