$9.95 fraudulent credit card charge. Just one so far...

* Called my credit card, MBNA, and was basically told they have no information beyond the one-line description on bill, that it is not the credit card company's problem, and then was rudely hung up on.

* Called the non-toll-free number included in the description and got answering machine with no information.

* Found company on the web at that site. Site was vague and had a link right on home page that said something like "why am I being charged?". Did not explain and then they wanted personal information. Obvious fraud.

* Must now fill out a formal written complaint to MBNA. What a waste of time.
