I was first introduced to K Designers while shopping at Costco in Livermore, CA .  I was approached by one of their sales agent offering me a free check up of my house to see how they can help me find leaks and wasted energy. I agreed because I have a lot of faith in Costco.
They sent one of their Marketing Director to my house and demonstrate how their products can help me cut down my energy bill.  Although I was impressed with their products ( Mr. Senderovich indicated their products are guaranteed by Costco), I was not impressed with the price quoted ($12, 283.00), and even less impressed when he offered to lower it to $11,669, and in the end, he offered it for $10, 441.00, which I still felt outrageous. This is when he started to pressure us into making a decision.
