KDS Consulting - KDS BIZ Misleading, Direct Marketing, Scam, Liars ripoff Chicago Illinois

I walk in today already smelling a scam. There's a big screen with ESPN on it. I am looking for sales, marketing, management something in those areas. I walk in theres nobody at the front desk. I sit and wait and then I hear this guy talking to two young guys. I get up walk down the hall wave and he comes out and says he's running a little late, But he'll get to me. He has me sit for a few minutes. He comes out introduces himself seems pretty normal. I look around looks like a normal office I guess. I walk in sit down he asks me the basics about my resume. Then talks to me 45 min about what his company is looking to do to grow.

At this point I'm interested and still listening. A little weary that he tells me he gets 200+ interviews from each career builder ad. Then after the 45 min. He keeps telling me that if I'm asked for a second interview, it is going to be a shadowing. I'm like okay I can handle that. As long as I'm getting paid. He's like no you won't be paid for your eight hours of work that day. But if you like it and we like you we'll talk about compensatory rewards and how we'll pay and benefits and all that jazz. He asks me are you interested in a second interview I was like "ya sure". I'm freaked out by the way this interview has gone so I shake his hand and get out of there as fast as possible.

I call my dad and my buddy and they look up KDS consulting and find all this stuff about how on the second interview you go to a spot in elk grove, or buffalo grove or one of those and you hit the pavement for 8 hours. You are expected to sell marketing or something. To be honest I don't care. My time was wasted today, I'm still pissed about it. Glad I found out before the second interview. Never falling into this trap again
