KDSConsulting - Granton Marketing Ripoff, Bogus Job unless you like to be screwed Hillside Illinois

I have been unemployed for quite sometime. I filed an application through a national job board for a position with KDS Consulting. Upon arrival at my designated interview time I was greeted by Jenny in the lobby of the office where they have setup shop.

There was music blasting and two guys running around the office while Jenny played on the computer. I kept thinking to myself, Man I hope this is for real and not a B.S. job. Well after sitting there for about 15 minutes there was another prospector in the lobby that was called and after about 5 minutes (if that) she came out and looked at me and said "goodluck".

Then it was my turn. In the interview the same term kept coming up "Cause Related". I was told this is just an interview to see the candidates. After he asked me if I had any questions I said no. I was told that if I get the second interview then whatr they will want me to do is spend a day shadowing people for an entire day and they would buy lunch and then after the end of the day they would set down with me and explain the pay structure and benefits.

Well needless to say when I left there I was thinking to myself what the hell! Cause Related. I understand the term but why focus all of the interview on it when they are suppose to be a Marketing/Consulting firm. A little hokey for me. I am writting this because I got home and started digging a little to find out who these people are.

I googled the address and came across this site. I read a report filed by a guy that worked for them and his letter confirmed my suspicions. Man I am so glad I have a great job interview lined up this next week. For those of you in Chicago,IL and look on any job boards online and come across KDS Consulting,inc. Keep on looking and don't waste your time with this crap! Good Luck!
