I met Harry on the street during a celebration in Garland, TX.  He indicated on several encounters that he was a Nascar Driver, Italian Restaurant Owner, Rock Band Owner, Recording Artist with CD's, President of Garland Opry, Owned a radio station, owned a movie animation studio that provided film for Pixar Studios and finally Originator of American Idol waiting for setttlement of $60 million(this is 6 yrs after the lawsuit was thrown out).  It was too tempting to be entranced by this straight faced con artist.

He tried to get me to buy shares in Nu-Vista and is advertising the same:  He tried to get me to volunteer my time to work at Garland Opry: He tried to obtain work on projects and did not provide money upfront and did not respond  to a contract I submittted to him before handing over the animation work.  He is smooth, very smooth, even sets up situations in the Garland downtown and waits for curious people to inquire, then starts his sales pitch.

He has moved his business from Plano, Garland, Allen, Richardson Texas each leaving unpaid bills and promisses.  At the same time months before leaving he is asking for investors ($300K range) in great upstart business reading to go national and have only a limited time to get into the deal.

Perission website has no substance. Only ads that request Credit Card for entry fee into talent contest.  He does not have employees but temporary accomplises. His recent con in St. Mary's Georgia left the town up in dispute over the use of Orange Hall. 

This man is reported to have a pathological con complex..He is posing as a church, catholic, devotee, familly man, coach, and  ???? paranormal investigation promoter.  Too contradictions.  He takes advantage of young girls and moms willing to believe his promise to make them a star.

This man is a danger to his community
