we hired this Attorney keefe. e. roberts for a landlord/tenant lawsuit that he claimed he had knowledge in and stated we had an excellent case and it will cost us $5000.00 retainer fee.  we met 2x 1. at a starbucks 2nd time at my home parking lot between 9-10 pm so he can pick up retainer fee. after he took our money we had avery hard time to get him to do some work on our case, after he only files a summons then we didnt see him again. i checked court house and i saw a hearing date for a assignment case, court wanted to know why he didnet file documents. 

while at court i looked up his name on computer and discovered ther were about 20 cases, 15 were lawsuits against him from prior clients that he defrauded their money. 1 in paticular a senior that had a beutiful home in newport beach, after hiring robetrs he lost eveything and now lives in a trailer in lake elsinore. all the cases had same m.o. fraud, fiduciary duties, breach of contract,embezzlment,overcharges,litery nickel and diming for any minutes or emails or texts. He rents office space in different cities uses aliases to get clients, then gets evicted and abandones offices for non payment of rent. he is currently being evicted from the 32325 pch #203 , laguna beach for bounced checks and non pay of rents. 

this guy is a criminal using his law degree to defraud his clients and make it difficult for them to recover any of their money. he uses the courts to file endless motions and he has a attorney friend who helps him.  this guy needs to be arrested, disbarred he is a disgrace and has no respect or doesnt care how many lives he ruins especilay the elderly. I estimated he taken several any affected or has hired this guy please contact me.
