My b***h is with auto dealers, Keiffer Nissan in Corvallis, Oregon is the main one.I started out with fair credit now my score is below 500. They talked me into buying a 2016 Nissan Murano, fully loaded, at first I let the dealership as they could not get the payments down to my level, about half way home they called my cell phone and was told that they got the payments down, I asked if I could come back in the morning, No as to get the discounts I needed to close the deal that day. So I went back and said what did you get the payments down to, he said we are close. This was at about 4:00 pm, and I was tired, very tired. They brought out the paper work and said you go the best deal of all time. I had three sales persons around me, I felt intimeded. I felt that if I did not sign the contract, i was not sure if I would get out of the office in one peice, so I signed the contract. I made two payments and could not make any more, I called the loan company to see if they could help, no they told me that I had not been paying on the contract long enough. So that forced me into returning the car to the company. I sent a letter about the extended guarantee and the GAP insurance requesting a refund, the dealer called and stated no, that money goes to the finance company. NEVER go to Keiffer Nissan, unless you want to get screwed .
