Keel F. Oneill Keel F. O'neill never sent me my coin and is still running me around newport beach, California

I called Monaco Rare Coins to order from an ad I saw in which I ordered 20 coins with the 21st coin being free. My shipment arrived short one coin. My rep, Keel F. Oneill, told me the coin was being shipped separately and I should have it in a week or two. (This was only after making mulitple attempts to get him to call me back.) This was a lie. I called a few weeks later after not receiving my coin and again was told I should have it in ANOTHER week or two. Again it never came. The third time I called I was told it would be here in a week and it never came again. I found it quite strange that neither time did he, Keel F. Oneill, even ask for the spelling of my last name, phone number or account number. It was obvious that he was just telling me whatever i wanted to hear to get me off the phone with him having no intention of following up or sending the coin. This transaction started August 25th 2011 and it is now November 14th with still no response from Keel F. Oneill and NO COIN. This man is human piece of garbage and I recommend to anyone wanting to purchase coins from Monaco that use anyone else other than Keel F. Oneill. He is a rip-off artist and in my opinion he is probably keeping the coin himself. Today I will try to contact someone else to help me and if that goes the same way I will be filing another report against Monaco Rare Coins.
