I came across this site and realize how many people are addicted to phone/ Internet psychic services. In the past I've also suffered from psychic addiction. I've used keen and kasamba/live person. Running into these complaints has reminded me off all the money I wasted. I had just suffered a breakup and in my mind I just wanted to hear a truthful yes or no so I could "supossedly" find peace of mind. One call quickly turned into dozens. Most of them told me the person was coming back but their time frames were always off or they were completely wrong about the situation or in cases even rude. I recall a lady who goes by the name ask grace.. I had just started a reading with her and she said I had a good shot but it would depend on how much I communicated with the other person. I then said, but the other person is the one who left and I can't call them all the time, I'm just aski g you if this person will contact me. I don't think that was an u reasonable statement but she became infuriated and screamed at me that I've got all the answers and because of that the other person wouldn't return. To this day I acnt believe that I even tried to clear up my statement to her and stayed on the phone a couple of minutes past that. I became addicted to speaking with Mike Pace. He just knew exactly what to say and he was so friendly and caring. His predictions never came to pass though. There was also Clairvoyant Earnest who hooked me by telling me all I wanted to hear and then weeks into reading for me began to change his reading from you'll be together again to they'll return and you'll change your mind about being with them and finally to it'll never happen. I really felt that he cared too but realize that he was telling me what I wantedto hear to keep me calling back. One good rule to live by... If someone is getting paid while sounding caring and concerned they are just doing their job.
There was one guy on there by the name of Michael Oz who predicted my whole outcome. I probably only spent about ten minutes on the phone with him but he gave me very accurate info. He's the only person on there that I would consider calling. Sadly though je hasn't even been on keen for years now and I have no idea where to locate him.
I don't doubt that there are a handful of good psychics on keen but in my opinion it's not worth the money to sift through them.

I don't know who this Ask Grace person is, for all I know she may be a fraud. But I do know shelly2009 aka michelle fleming aka eastcoastgirl. She is an angry mean vindictive client who gets FREE readings on all the psychic sites by demanding refunds every time someone tells her the truth about her situation.
She stayed on a call with me for 1 hour and 35 minutes. And then demanded a refund. If what I had to tell her was so wrong don't you think she could have figure it out in 5 or 10? She stayed on because she knew I was telling her truth [or because she never had any intention of paying], but then she left me horrid untrue feedback to try to embarass me or something. Michelle you're the one who should be ashamed of yourself. Stop stalking men who want nothing to do with you. Stop harassing readers who tell you the truth. Get a dog and name it life and then you'll have one.

Out of curiousity, I checked out her profile. I mean this woman is beyond fake . . . and she is clearly writing her own feedback (or having friends do it) under the names "justasimplelady" and "IamMaDisON"
Every single time she gets a one star and bad feedback the above two immediately leave at least three very long over the top stellar feedback in a row . . . to cover it up. It's so obvious she is covering up her horrible feedback that it's actually funny . . . but I didn't spend any money and I'm sure those who did are not laughing.

Ask Grace is a fraud, and rude as hell. Why she has any good feedback is a wonder to me. (
I have had 2 readings with her, the first time she was friendly, but predictions did not come to pass, and I called her a second time, and while reading the second time she kept contridicting herself, I asked her for clarification, it was pointless, she gets pissy. This person has NO empathy. How horrible to be her!
It is a matter of Keen policy, that you can get 1 refund a month of $25.00, push for the refund!
I left Ask Grace a 1 star rating and she blocked me-like I would be calling her again.
(Grace, you are a leech in our society, how can you hurt people in this manner?)
