Keencut ltd manufactures top quality products and has consistently provided unparalleled warranties and award winning customer service over the last 28 years.

Although Keencut takes any criticisms very seriously the author of these comments is very clearly neither a customer nor familiar with our products.  The company they suggest as an alternative operates in a different market and offers no comparable equipment.

The above comments have been made by someone claiming to be in the US and although Keencut is an international company we have little or no direct contact with US consumers due to the nature of our distribution network.

The person who posted these comments also posted similar comments on the same day about another company that is based and solely operates in the UK.  The link between Keencut and this company is that we are both in a dispute with a UK based web development company that has now gone into liquidation.

It is the firm belief of Keencut that these comments have been posted by one of the directors of the web development company who are confirmed to have used similar tactics in the past.
