I used to work for this company and man was I glad to get out. No real care for the custom or employees, most companies are the same I guess but this company took it to the next level. I'm not going to comment of their products as that wouldn't be right, but as far as the company attitude, everything is not as it seems.

Keencut ltd manufactures top quality products and has consistently provided unparalleled warranties and award winning customer service over the last 28 years. Our employees are vitally important to the company's success and we are proud and privileged to have staff who have been with Keencut for more than 26 years.

Although Keencut takes any criticisms very seriously the author of these comments is very clearly neither an ex-employee nor customer nor are they familiar with our products, which is why they have chosen not to comment on them.

The above comments have been made by someone claiming to be in the US and although Keencut is an international company we have had no employees there for a decade due to the nature of our distribution network.

The person who posted these comments has also been serial posting about another company that is based and solely operates in the UK. The link between Keencut and this company is that we are both in a dispute with a UK based web development company that has now gone into liquidation.

It is the firm belief of Keencut that these comments have been posted by one of the directors of the web development company who are confirmed to have used similar tactics in the past.

Keencuts reputation as a market leader for quality and customer service is hard earned and one we are very proud of. We welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to good service and encourage anyone who is concerned when reading this to seek the opinion of someone who already uses our products where we are confident you will receive positive feedback.
