Keen/Ingenio Unauthorized Charges to My Credit Card Account And Permanently Banned For My Complaint. San Francisco California

Keen, an affiliate of Ingenio, Niteflirt, Ether, under one parent company AT&T made unauthorized charges to my credit card account. I noticed many fake companies emerging on my credit card and NF service charges I never authorized. After calling Ingenio several times, I finally got someone live on the phone. The man speaking with me refused to identify himself, grilled me regarding this credit card dispute, basically calling me a liar. He said that if I'm caught I'm going to be prosecuted at the fullest extent of the law. He very rudely wanted only yes or no answers as if I was on trial. This Ingenio staff member got extremely belligerent and then our conversation briskly ended. In a matter of hours, I was permanently banned from all sites associated without further explanation. I received this email, "As noted in Section 3b of the Member Agreement, which you agreed to upon joining our service, Without limiting other remedies, we may at any time suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide access to the Site without reason or notice to you."

After recently referring two dear friends to this service as advisors, I never received the referral fees as promised on their promotions. They send fraudulent links to those referrals that are purposefully confusing to navigate because they don't want to pay referral fees. It doesn't matter if you have a great reputation and do great work, they have zero respect for you. This company is very unprofessional, it has mafia feel with bullies running the offices, emails that link to nowhere, phone calls that are always dodged, there is zero clear way to communicate and come to a resolution.
