The website advertises and keeps pushing you to buy the paid version of their software. They tell you the difference between the paid and unpaid version is that if you buy the paid version, you get to sync your mobile devices across different platforms.
After you make your purchase ($10); they send you an email to ADD devices to that purchase and do not sync until you make ANOTHER purchase of $10 PER device. This adds up to over four times the initial payment they ask you for JUST to make what they advertised for $10 work. Classic bait and switch tactics!
They do not answer emails, even though they advertise customer service for paid members. I explained that there isn't a way to sync with anything for only ten dollars and I was finally told if I gave them more money then I would be able to make what I wanted work. Unacceptable!
They should be upfront about the costs and not say that their product does something it does not.
Of course no refunds are available.
