Keiser College Keiser University,Keiser career college Ripped me off after gradutating high school, Now 20,000 in debt Jacksonville, Florida

I thought I was doing the right thing by signing up for college after graduating High school, I just picked the wrong college. I was 19 with a child and signed up with Keiser College. I went there for 8 months and half the time they didn't even have teachers for the class until an hour after the class was supposed to start.The school was the least to say, Very Unorganized.

  I am now 27 years old and realizing what credit is, and realizing that these student loans I was signed up for are serious. As I look back on the paper work I have I do not understand how I owe 20,000 in student loans. On top of that I received Pell grants, so the school received a lot of money for the short time I went there. I did not even learn anything or get a degree from them. I have tried talking to the school on a breakdown of the cost but no one wants to talk to me, I have talked to the loan people, I have talked to pretty much everyone I can think of talking to and still no one can explain to me why I owe 20,000. I am at a point I don't know what to do. I feel I was ripped off being a gullible teenager not knowing what I was getting myself into. I am now enrolled at a local college with NO loans which I should have done the first time. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.
