It is disheartening to listen to the nightmare stories of victims of their credit cards and bank accounts wiped out. Innocent people having to rebuild their lives and their dreams for a better life shattered.

You only have to read the other reports to see this conman's lifestyle. Business associates being conned and as posted by Anonymous (this woman filed Chapter 7) after being victimized by this conman.

KEITH BARNHART is a professional Conman, Swindler and Grifter!  This man has been LIVING off women for several years.  Keith Barnhart used to live in Oregon then Fernley, Nevada running a gym called Beyond Fitness.  I loaned him money from my sons college fund to keep his business running and have a Promissory Note signed by him for several thousand dollars.  He moved to California and conned me again into loaning him money as he told me he had PANCREATIC CANCER.  Keith Barnhart is very much alive.  I loaned him money for medical, food, clothing and living expenses, for him and his sons and his girlfriend.  I also loaned him money to get established in the general contractors business as this was our agreement to secure my full repayment of the loans.  Keith Barnhart, with the assistance of my staff and myself, was able to establish his company Barnhart Construction out of Sunnyvale, California.  I was not aware of Keith Barnharts history of swindling, conniving and defrauding and had recommended him and his company to close friends and work associates. 

I severed our friendship of six years in July 2010 and I asked him to repay the loans.  This is when I realized he had NO INTENTION of repaying the loans.  HE REFUSED.  I started to investigate him thoroughly.  During the course of my investigations I have found the following:

A lawsuit was filed against him from a couple in Oregon.  They tracked him down in Fernley, Nevada and eventually got back the $12,000 they sued him for.  (see judgement)

I was informed he was terminated from A & K Earthmoving in Fernley for stealing fuel. 

I spoke with one of the owners that sold the gym to Keith Barnhart and she said quote KEITH BARNHART IS A CROOKunquote

Two of Keith Barnharts ex girlfriends have filed bankruptcy, one for chapter 7 and another for Chapter 13.  Both these women paid out debts to previous relationships Keith Barnhart had with other women.  (see attached filings)

Keith Barnhart was EVICTED along with his girlfriend from his residence in San Jose and left the Landlady with debt.  (See attached declaration from his landlady).  He uses his parents address in Sunnyvale, 935 Kennard Way, Sunnyvale CA 94087 for any correspondence to avoid collection agencies.  His father is not on payroll, but I am quite sure that is how he was able to rent his apartment at 3475 Granada Avenue, #359 in Santa Clara, 95051.

Keith Barnharts son, Jacob Barnhart also owed me money.  Jacob Barnhart is now in JAIL for possession of a loaded firearm and possession of marijuana for sale (see attached).  I have also witnessed Keith Barnhart smoking marijuana. 

Keith Barnhart did not honor an agreement with one of my business associates which was advertising for a little league team.  Instead he ignored the phone calls from my business associate to pay for the sponsorship and left him with the debt. Keith Barnhart hired a minor for physical labor and did not pay him at the end of the days work.

Keith Barnhart gave a collection agency MY CELL PHONE number for his debts. I spoke with Laura at this collection agency and questioned why she was calling my number.  She said quote Mr. Barnhart provided this number as his home telephone number unquote.

Keith Barnhart kicked in my front screen door and screen window in an attempt to gain access into my house while I was inside in fear. Keith Barnhart has filed a restraining order against women each time they attempt to seek restitution from him.  Keith Barnhart has filed a restraining order against me in an attempt to stop investigating him further.  I will continue to update this posting.

Keith Barnhart offered various methods of scams for profit to me which would hurt close friends and my business.  I declined all such invitations and though they were jokes, I have since been informed there may have been a history of such activities having been performed by Keith Barnhart or he had them performed. 

Keith Barnhart has money to play poker and gamble and refuses to pay his debts.  Wonder if he has paid his taxes yet? 

Beware of any business dealing with Keith Barnhart.  He is a professional Swindler.  If you have allowed Barnhart Construction into your home at any time for work, you may want to consider changing your locks. 

BEWARE!  So many women have been scammed by this guy.  He physically CRIES to CON you, so you feel sorry for him.  Do not believe him, you will be left penniless.  I have known this guy for several years and never suspected he was such a professional conman.  NOW I know a lot more about him and will continue to update you as there are many more horrid dealings I have been told about, but before I post, I need to confirm and have evidence.  He is into only having a good time for himself at everyone elses expense.  He is a PLAYER and has scammed several women at once.  Any woman that is associated with him, please do your homework and look into his history. 

GOOGLE IS WORLDWIDE!  So if you have already heard the story of him leaving the country once his last kid gets through school, GOOGLE is in that country also! I have filed an Unlimited Civil Lawsuit (pro se) against Keith Barnhart.  If anyone out there has a story to tell about this guy PLEASE POST IT ON HERE.  Your name can remain anonymous on this site.  I know this is dangerous for me to post about this guy for fear of retaliation.  Security cameras have been installed.  Enough is Enough!  Keith Barnhart has nearly put me into bankruptcy because he will not repay his loans.

The DAs office and several law enforcement agencies have been informed of Keith Barnharts lifestyle should any harm come to me, my family, witnesses, clients we had done business with and business associates.

 I have known the writer of this post in a variety of capacities for over 16 years and can not speak highly enough of her integrity , compassion and loyalty, the longevity of our friendship is testament to those qualities.
  It disgusts me to no end to see KEITH BARNHART , someone who she considered to be a close personal friend for many years take advantage of her and abuse their friendship.
over the past decade and a half I have witnessed my friends generosity on numerous occasions not only does she open her heart to family , friends and strangers alike she opens her wallet and home,even the shirt off her back if she thought you needed it,all of which was extended to KEITH BARNHART and his children when they had nowhere else to go.
I am truly blessed to have such a warm caring friend in my life and it pains me to see her and her caring spirit be taken advantage of by KEITH BARNHART
