Keith Bowers is nothing but a con-man. Do not give him cash under any circumstances or you will be sorry. He takes from anyone he can and never comes through with services or products. He has many stories he tells. Police officer, court officer, none of which are true. He stole over $1,000 from our company for services that never happened. We chased him for 2 years. Last we knew he was in the Garden City/Livonia area. Do not believe anything he says. If he tells you he is doing something for a charity, you can be sure he is stealing. I wanted to put this out there so that people know he is still doing this to people. I just heard about more scams he has pulled recently. I can't believe nobody has been able to lock him up.
