Keith E. Cleversley - Bodhi Smiley ripoff Using my full name and location of residence to promote the sale of a psychedelic plant on his web site Chicago Illinois

Keith Cleversley AKA Bodhi the owner if www.iamshaman.com and www.cleversley.com including www.playhousestudio.com in Chicago, Illinois and http://www.konakavafarm.com in Hawaii.

My issue is that Keith Cleversley is using my full name on one of his web sites as an endorcement to promote the use and sale of a psychedelic plant without my concent or authorization and has continued to do so after I have asked him to take it down. He included where I live along with my name which means anyone can google it as I did to find it.

When attempting to contact him he denies that he is the same Keith Cleversley even though I have known this man for nearly seven years now and have had numerious email contacts and phone calls with him in the past. In addition to that, rumor among the entheogen community is that he has been denying involvement in the sale of psychedelic plants for a while now, telling everyone that he does not have anything to do with Iamshaman.com, going to the extent of putting that message up at both that web site and at the www.cleversley.com web site too.

When I email him at his cleversley.com address telling him that if he doens't take the page down with my name on it I will come down and meet with him to discuss it further which includes legal action if he continues to refuse he took that as some kind of threat. I also called him on the phone and left a message at his IAS or IamShaman.com store telephone recorder that he needs to take that page off of his www.salvia-divinorum.com web site or I would be forced to go through legal means to get it taken down and it still remains on his web site, igoring my request.

www.salvia-divinorum.com is registered to a name in Peru, but the email address the registrant has listed belongs to another one of Keiths online web sites. Keith owns severl online web sites and for some reason has been registering them to other names in other parts of the world making it difficult to find out who really runs or owns them. The Salvia-divinorum.com web site links back to his www.iamshaman.com web site if you click on any of the links to make an order.
