In December 2005 I received some information in the mail from TradeSystem, Inc who were selling a trading system package for trading stocks and futures for US$995. This came with an unconditional 1 year money back guarantee. I purchased the system with MasterCard.
On receiving it I tested it thoroughly and obtained results different to those advertised over the same time period. I also found other sources reporting negative results for the systems in real time trading.
I requested a refund from the seller who told me to mail the package back but not to require a signature as they would not collect it if it did.
I sent the package by mail and have not heard back from the seller after several attempts at communication by email. The refund still remains outstanding.

On 10 May 2006 I received a cheque from TradeSystems Inc for the full amount requested. If it clears I would be happy to amend the details of this report so that it shows that it may be possible that this business just has poor communication practices. If it doesn't clear well...
