I was introduced to this scambag by my older sister(WHOM is also a victim by his convincing words, charm etc.). He presented himself as a this business man who invested along of himself in helping the less fortunate & needy. He claimed to own 18 properties in the local area Detroit, MI as well as Southfield, MI. His approach came off as the humbling convincing approach with compassion & respect for helping others. He claimed that "He does God's work". Well nonetheless on Mother's Day of this year, he took money from my wife & I, as well as on June 22nd. He constantly lied about holding a house for us in exchange for us helping him to get a few things done in preparation for us to move into this house. He even had pictures of this home that he texted directly to my phone. I still own every single text msg that was exchanged between this guy & myself. However the complete timeline of every single Lie, deceptive act & shadiness that this guy has displayed towards my family & I is just entirely too much to type here. BUT WE ARE ALSO VICTIMS OF THIS GUY'S LIES, DECEIT & SCAM ACTS. EVERYTHING that has been said on every complaint made by the other victims here on this guy is completely 1000% TRUE an ACCURATE. He needs to be brought down!!
