How can we get a class action law suite against Keith Pierson Toyota in Jacksonville Florida? I paid $12,000 for a Dodge van and manager gave my wife and I a 3000 mile verbal warranty. A month later van engine sounded like it was going to fall apart. Took van back and told that manger no longer there!!! Went to main Keith Pierson location for repair and told van no good.

Salesmen proceeded to skilfully sell us another car for $11,000. !!How could we be so stupid!! But we bought it. $23,000 from our dwindling savings!!! Keith Pierson's underlings ripped us off, but good. At  81 and my wife 79 years old this hurts a lot. We want class action suite to make a example of Pierson Toyota to get these ripoff artists out of car dealer ships.  Should I drop this quest if Pierson offers me a money to cover cost of broken van?

Used cars are typically sold "As Is" with no warranty of any kind, unless you pay extra for a warranty.  Any problems that develop after the sale are your own responsibility.  There is no such thing as a "verbal warranty".  If it is not on a written contract, then it doesn't exist.

Forgot to say that after we paid $12,000 cash for Van brought from Keith Pierson, It completely broke down in two months And Pierson would do nothing about it. Keith Pierson employee salesman said van was no good and proceeded to successfully sell  us another used vehicle which we foolishly paid another $10,840 for.
THAT'S $22,672 out of meager savings, AND we only make a little over $1000 a month in Social Security.  ---We want Keith Pierson to give us back 6 or 7 thousands dollars--- Then we'll end this.
His company robbed us when they sold us a van that was about to collapse and we want something back from him, or this WILL NOT END.
