I didn't listen or perhaps better said, waited too long to listen as to just how bad this company was. I say was, as  I was informed today that they are no longer in business. Learned a very expensive lesson but did gain a destroyed backyard and a large cement hole filling with rain water for my efforts. They were at the house with their hands out just days before shutting their doors, looking for more money.

I often wonder how someone like Mr Stuart sleeps at night, much less looks at himself in the mirror, but then realize I would be giving him too much credit thinking that he might care about the people he has ripped off. Soon he will have another pool company with a different name and he will work another scam until that well runs dry. What may iritate me more than anything is how does the State of Florida continue to license this guy to do business while compiling an "F" BBB rating, unsolved issues. State's Attorney investigations, dreadful media exposure and more. Would like to see an explantion of that decision.

I would appreciate being kept informed of any future class action suits and intend to exercize every means possible to see that others in the future don't suffer the same consequences.
