KEITH'S WHOLESALE RIPPED ME OFF
If you have EVER been scammed, shammed, ripped off, or robbed, read this...
Be aware of fraud and stay away from Keith's wholesale at
http://www.bestdealsontheweb.com/keithswholesale.htm
and http://www.bestplaceontheweb.com/keithswholesale.html

My partner and I ordered some of their "wholesale merchandise" and it was never sent.
Now we can't get them on the phone to get them to make things right and try to clear their name. They won't answer their email and I have even tried to FAX them a letter asking them to contact me, they have not!

To make matters worse, all phone numbers they had listed, have been disconnected except for one.
It appears as if they have also operated under various names in the past, as near as I can figure, PPS Inc. ( I believe PPS stans for Payment Processing Services Inc.) is one of them.

Keith's partner in crime, Mike Casey (mcasey@nwi.net and mcasey@cos.wantweb.net), is also the publisher or Bargains and Deals magazine and here is a piece of "advice" that Mike wrote:

Face it. It's a tough world out there. The competition is brutal. Business ethics are down the
drain. Sometimes it seems like everyone's out to screw everyone.

Maybe I should have read this part, dug a little deeper, and put two and two together before I ordered anything from them

They made us think they were based in Washington State. That's where they said they were and that is where their bank is.
Come to find out, they are near Toledo, Ohio. No wonder the Washington State Better Business Bureau came up clean...
Speaking of State Jumping, Mike also has another business listed in Colorado Springs
I would like to think it was an honest mistake and this is the part that really means something:

"In modern business it is not the crook who is to be feared most, it is the honest man who doesn't know what he is doing."

Most (but not all) of the items advertised in the magazine and at the website are in one way or another tied to these crooks. There are a few legit businesses advertised there bust most of their "Best Deals On The Web" are tied to their scam. Go there and click around, you'll see what I mean.

Did I mention that right now they claim to be on "vacation"
