Keller and Williams mislead decieved lied and ripped off Bradenton Florida

My daughter is a first time home buyer. Her realtor got hre pre approved with a mortgage company Mortgage Masters. Her realtor Melissa never took or returned a call from my daughter unless she needed something from her. She was finally given a closing date. The Friday before the closing date she received an email from the mortgage company saying her loan did not go through. My daughter did not hear nything from Melissa until the following week and she texted my daughter saying that she was not able to get my daughters escrow back. My daughter lost $1900 to these crooks. She is so discouraged from this experience I doubt she will ever try to purchase a home gain.Run from these people ! They are horrible and dishonest and will steal your money!
