This is the worst company I have ever used when purchasing a home. Holli does not work and in fact you can't even get in touch with her.  She NEVER ever returned a phone call in 45 days. They not fix repairs and held up closing.  Tried to force me to use their lender which I did not Mortgage Investors Group, never heard of them.  They did force me to use Concord title and it was a miserable experience.  My husband and I have purchased and sold several homes in FL, CA, NY and TN and this was by far the worst experieince of our lives.  Then I find out at closing the documents are not ready and they are recieving money from the titlle insurance company , and the closing fee was 700.00.   I have never in my life paid that much. Then 4 days later we had to go back and sign everything again becuase they made a mistake.   Such a shame and waste of money and time. Stay away from both of these horrible business.
