Kelly Pope RV Repair Kelly RV repair Took money without performing services Satellite Beach Florida

 On December 15 2016 I hired Kelly Pope's RV Repair to install a 45 amp Converter. Kelly told me he needs to be paid upfront for part and labor. I paid him $220 He told me part would be order and delivered in 2 days. He gave me an invoice bac #202442 showing that I paid in full. Also with a business address 210 Lynn Ave Satellite Bch Fl.. On December 20,2016 I ask if part had come in his response not yet says out for delivery today Christmas has things slowed down. Once in will be installed next day. On December 21,2016 said he would go over to install depending on weather. Same day he texts me at 3:30pm said he did not realize my part would be late and that his schedule was full and that he will be there to install 10am on December 22,2016. He went over at 11:00 am and said he order wrong part. On January 3 2016 I text and ask what is update on converter. He said it would be in the morning of January 4,2017. On January 5, 2017 I tried to follow up but no answer from him. On January 6, 2017 I followed up again on status. And he responded back saying look lady I told you I told you holidays screwed up the freight. It's not here. Hopefully today. On January 11, 2016 I tried to follow up with the part and when it would be install and if he could not do the job today that I want my money back and that I would be happy to come to his place of business to collect my refund. He responded that he was working in his Garage on his van from a major wreck on that Monday. Said he will send me a check and to please leave him alone. And not to make the mistake of coming over to get my refund. That is the point I felt threatened by him . I just want my money back. I told him I was going to do what I have to to report him and he said to do what I have too. As of today January 28!2017 I have not received m y $220 nor have I heard from him. This guy is a con artist and will take your money. He lies behind that face beware and do not use him. This guy must be shout down from stilling from people it's just not right.
